The AR system went offline at 2:32 PM CST on 7/19/21 due to an auto-scaling issue that occurred at the server level. This issue was fixed and deployed moving the system back to full functionality at 2:52 PM CST.
The issue was identified and resolved fully, and it should not occur again.
